House Renovation

So... as you probably know, we moved house recently and I've been rather busy over the last couple of months with renovations, a lot of painting, and generally filling our nice empty new home with an inexplicable amount of rubbish that has been accumulated over the years.

I still have a few bits and bobs to sort out with the studio photos, so I will share them with you a bit later on. In the mean time, I thought I'd share with you some snippets from the renovation and some of my favourite bits and bobs from around the house. I love getting to see other illustrators homes and studios so hopefully this might be of interest to you too?

Living in dust for a couple of weeks...

Some lovely old wallpaper featuring herbs and plants we found under the kitchen light switches!

Gorgeous felt fridge bunting by Kellee Rich and a couple of my little Origami Crane magnets (back in the shop next week when I've made some more!)

One of my favourite illustrations! Terrorsel by the amazing Joy Ang

A slightly higgledy-piggeldy arrangement of the beautiful Endangered Animals postcard series by Sandra Dieckmann and Jamie Mills

 The children's book section!

  1. oh dear! your new home looks amazing! you've got an exceptional taste! it looks really comfy to live here! congrats!

  2. It's just awesome. I wanna analysis the top 10 benefits of double glazing since I am thinking of replacing my home windows and doors with it. Can you suggest me an agent for guidance?

  3. Before jumping into a renovation project, think about what you want to achieve. I think hiring professionals is a good idea while planning for a new renovation job. I've previously used the services of, they are really good professionals.

  4. This is my first time i visit here and I found so many interesting stuff in your blog especially it's discussion, thank you.
